Buying a vacation home as a primary residence, FHA?

I would like to buy a home out of state and well over 2,000 miles away as a vacation home.
I currently rent and don’t plan on buying a home here in my area. I am a first time
home buyer. Can I buy this home with an FHA mortgage as a primary residence? Does FHA
allow vacation homes. THanks.
