they now have a new circle c and it is for ages 12 to 14. They used to have one for 8-12 and they would have to wear safety bracelets. Now that 12 year olds are in circle c, will they still have to wear the bracelets.

YES! I went on a carnival crusie when i was twleve and i had to wear those bracelts, but thankfully you have a little more freedom then the little kids..have fun !
I faced this situation a while back and here is my advice – it is best that you make your 12 year old child or relative wear the safety bracelets because you never know which official might take a negative action.
You won’t believe but on the same cruise liner, i had to face three different officials for my kid and all three had different views about this.
