I think it’d be pretty cool to live in various resorts year-round with luxurious settings and maid service.
Is there a way to buy timeshares for every week of the year with 1 company without paying fees 52 weeks/year?

If you have the money to buy 52 one week timeshares, you have more than enough money to just travel extravagantly wherever you choose, stay one week then move on to the next. It will be significantly cheaper. And most time shares do not offer maid service. Finally, the answer is NO. The fees are an integral part of the time share and pay for maintenance, security, taxes, etc.
Each time share has its own fees attached, whether it is owned by one company or not, you will pay fees on each unit.
No, that is the catch of timeshares and that’s where the companies make the gross of their income so it doesn’t make sense for a buyer to buy 52 weeks.
However there is a similar concept called “Fractional Ownership” where you can own bigger portions of the year (1, 2, 3 and up to 6 months) it is still expensive but the fees are quite less for a longer period of time and some of them allow you use other fractional properties around the world.
