My body is in an average size. I have extra skin and flesh on my face and a little bit on some parts of my body. I most worry about is my face. It is hard to get rid of the extra skin and flesh on my face with just exercise and selection of food and without the medical method and without knowing how? I don’t want to take medication or medical surgery, neither makeup. Please tell me how to do the exercise and eat what kind of food to get rid of the extra skin and flesh on my face and cheek.

my single stage air compressor trips on thermal overload shortly after start up. it starts ok but before it goes to higher speed it trips. i jumpered the trip, and the motor start switch that moves between the start and run capacitors jumps from onr to the other before it runs normal. would the run capacitor be bad?

The liberal cop was badgering Craig, asking him for id. So like a gentleman, Craig obliged and slipped him his card.

He made manly hand gestures to insinuate “leave me alone or else buddy (a shaking fist),” but when the gay cop wouldnt stop, Craig peaked over the stall to warn him about who he was.
