Victoria Falls - The World’s Largest Water Curtain

When you tour Victoria Falls and see the world’s largest curtain of falling water, you will certainly be left in awe of its breathtaking view. The waterfall is 1,708 meters wide, and drops about 128 metres into the 120 meters wide Bakota Gorge, forming a thick spray of mist that rises over 150 meters. It is because of this dense mist that the locals call it Mosi oa Tunya - the smoke that thunders.
